We all have a relationship with money, whether you’re aware of it or not. Where do you think your subconscious beliefs about money originate from? What are your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to money? Becoming conscious of your money blueprint can help you make better decisions and make more money.

Female entrepreneurs need to study their up brining when it comes to finances to evaluate what they can do to grow their businesses. I’m a business coach for women, and here are some tips to get you started.

What is a money blueprint?

A money blueprint is how your brain is programmed to think about money. Throughout your life, you’ve been exposed to various aspects of managing money like

  • how to save,
  • when to spend,
  • what to spend money on,
  • and what risks to take with your money

These have been engrained in your subconscious since childhood. But the surprising thing is, everyone has a very different money blueprint.

Have you ever noticed a friend splurge on something you thought was frivolous? Or maybe a friend refused to go out to dinner with you because they couldn’t spend money on something. You may have been frustrated with them – why can’t they see money the same way you do? The reason is they have a different money blueprint.

You may not be fully aware of your money blueprint, but you can come to know it and learn to control it, which is critical in managing a business.

Female Entrepreneur

Benefits of knowing your money blueprint as a female entrepreneur

Female entrepreneurs especially need to understand their money blueprints as they may have been taught differently about finances compared to males their ages. Studies show that females are often taught restraint when it comes to money, while males are more likely to be taught about growing wealth. In one survey of 1,000 parents, researchers found that boys were 9% more likely to be taught about taxes, 5% more likely to be taught about bank accounts, and 3% more likely to be taught about credit cards.

So, female entrepreneurs can help close the gap between their male counterparts if they are more aware of what they were taught about money.

Finally, the main benefit of knowing your money blueprint is that you can then control it to help you accomplish what you want to with your business.

You can control your money blueprint

You cannot control your money blueprint without understanding it first. But once you understand it you can set goals and make small adjustments over time. For example, if you have a money blueprint of spending you can set a goal to save a certain amount of money within a few months. Over that time, start building the habit of saving, and eventually, your habits will form a new money blueprint. Learning to control your money blueprint may require help, and that’s where a business coach for women comes in.

Female Entrepreneurs Should Have a Team

Female entrepreneurs often feel overwhelmed by how much they have to do and how little time they have to all the things they think they need to do themselves. They are often juggling multiple responsibilities and projects at once. Female entrepreneurs tend to get stuck in the details, which slows their business momentum and can be discouraging as a business owner.

And this is only talking about the various tasks in her business. I am not talking about all the other tasks she may have as

  • a mother
  • a wife,
  • a friend,
  • a daughter

However, if female entrepreneurs can learn the value of delegating and outsourcing tasks, they can accomplish more and focus their time on the most important things, and often that means working ON their business and not IN their business. That’s why as a business coach for women, I’m hosting a FREE three-day challenge to help you scale and grow your business.

But first, here are three reasons why every businesswoman should have a team.

1. Scale and grow your business quicker and easier

Growing your business should not be solely based on working harder. You can train and involve others in your business to make money for you. It may be difficult to trust your tasks to other team members, but successful female entrepreneurs have mastered the skill of outsourcing and delegating.

According to entrepreneur.com, if you are trying to eventually grow your revenue to one million then you will need to know how to delegate. “As a recovering perfectionist myself, I believe that until women learn to become “delegation ninjas,” it’s difficult to focus on work and effectively scale-up,” explains Julia Pimesleur, an Entrepreneur contributor.

To learn the right mindset to approach delegating, and to know when to delegate, sign up for our three-day FREE scale and grow challenge.

Female Entrepreneurs

2. Make more impact and work less

With a team in our business, you can accomplish more and at the same time, you can work fewer hours. Having more people on your team frees up your time to focus on the most important things – managing the business. This may mean you have to give up some of the ground tasks and trust them to your co-workers or employees. But any female entrepreneur must learn to delegate to scale and increase their business’ impact. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t still have crucial tasks for your business that you need to do yourselves.

As you focus less of your time on routine tasks, you shift from being the task do-er to the leader. Get ready to refine your management and supervision skills! Sign up for the FREE three-day challenge for tips on how to successfully manage and delegate tasks.

Female Entrepreneurs

3. Enable specialization on your team

Finally, having a team of people to run your business means that you can get specialists to focus on specific areas. If you’ve been running your own marketing, but you barely know anything about advertising, it might be time to hire someone who has more experience to do it for you. A good sign that it’s time to expand your team is if you’ve been doing specialized tasks yourself and calling it ‘good enough’. To really help your business, take off, ‘good enough’ isn’t enough anymore. You need a team of specialists to help you out.

Clearly, having a team helps you to run your business pays off. Not sure where to start? That’s where I come in as a business coach for women. I’ll answer all your questions and more in the FREE three-day challenge.

Currently, about one-third of small businesses outsource work. Outsourcing to the right company can help you get work done quickly and cost-effectively and ultimately achieve maximum business growth for female entrepreneurs.

However, outsourcing will take an initial time investment to research how to do it right. You’ll need to learn how to communicate with your workers and go from being the do-er to the manager of the company. And, there are some tasks you just cannot outsource.

female entrepreneurs

Learn how to outsource for FREE

I’m a business coach for women and have learned from helping female entrepreneurs and my own experience how to set up outsourcing. To help you grow your business and work less, I’ve prepared a three-day challenge about outsourcing with confidence and ease. Sign up for this challenge and find out why women are hesitant to delegate and what you need to know before outsourcing.

Finding the right person to outsource with is not as easy as it seems. We’ll go over how to find the right person in the three-day challenge, but for now, here are ten platforms where you can find team members to outsource work to.

But firstly, female entrepreneurs need to dare to step up

More important though is that businesswomen need to dare let go of being in control. There is a big fear that

  • clients will walk away when they start to outsource
  • their way of communication is not met
  • they don’t know how to deal with a team
  • things will go wrong and they will get the burden of it

Here are 10 platforms female entrepreneurs can check out when they want to start hiring people

1. Freelancer.com

Freelancer is a great place to start to outsource team members. You pay based on milestones and as the team members complete a milestone, they move on to the next one.

2. Upwork

Upwork is a freelance website where you pay team members for either hour worked or completed jobs.

3. Fiverr

On Fiverr, freelancers post gig offers of what they can do, and you can search for hundreds of specialized workers for any task. You pay per order on Fiverr, which usually start at $5.

4. Guru

With Guru, you pay freelancers for completed work. However, it’s focused on a US base of team members and you have to purchase a membership for about $30 to USD $100.

5. DesignHill

DesignHill works the opposite of Fiverr, but for design projects. Instead of searching for a seller’s gig, you post your project and designers will respond giving you several options to choose from.

6. Amazon Mechanical Turk

With this platform, you can take one job and separate it into pieces for many people to work on. You decide how much you pay, but there is an additional fee for freelancers with premium qualifications.

7. 99Designs

If you’re looking for branding designs, 99Designs provides logos and full brand identity guides.

8. Toptal

Toptal is a network of the world’s top freelancers. They only have the top 3% of the world’s freelance professionals, so the platform is a little pricey but does provide high quality.

9. AirFleet

AirFllet gives you access to a coding team on-demand to help with your marketing campaigns. They’re coding freelancers, but specifically for SEO, integrate marketing tools and promotional games and apps.

10. Gigster

On Gigster, you can find team members to help with your software, application, and tech. You post a job and can chat with the developer within minutes. Gigster has even helped clients at IBM, Facebook, and Microsoft.

how to scale your business

Business competition today is fierce and female entrepreneurs do their best to succeed in the masculine business arena. Scaling a business initially is never an easy task for female entrepreneurs. However, their intuition and wisdom will guide them to find the right strategies to grow and expand their business horizons.

And it has become a lot easier for women in today’s digital world. Female entrepreneurs make a significant contribution to economic growth and poverty reduction worldwide. But female entrepreneurs face time, personal, physical, and social challenges that may limit their ability to grow their businesses.

Here are a few steps on how to scale your business:

1. Evaluate and Plan

Look closely inside your business to find out if you are ready to scale your business. Plan what you can do to increase sales.

Imagine that your orders doubled overnight. Does your business have a plan to handle those new orders without failure?

To grow your business, you should always be increasing your sales. Create a sales plan with forecasts and targets. The more specific you are, the more realistic your sales acquisition plan will become.

Then make a forecast of your costs, based on adding technology, people, infrastructure, and systems to manage your growth. You might need to find the help of a business coach for women to plan this strategic growth.

2. Find the Funding

Growing a business is not always for free. You may require staff recruitment, new technologies, additional equipment and services, and performance measurement systems, and maybe even management. How will you get the investment to grow?

Without investment, you will not have the opportunity to scale your business. Getting a loan or credit line is a proven way to fund the scaling of your business. If you’re looking for ways to scale a business, this is one thing you should consider.

Businesswomen often don’t like to be in debt. They love to self-fund the growth of their business. This is often the reason why their businesses grow much slower than those of men.

how to scale your business

3. Automating processes

Automation allows you to run repetitive processes at a lower cost because you need fewer people to do the work. It is a lot more efficient. It also saves a lot of time. Automating is an important factor when you want to scale your business. And it is the first thing you should consider as you can already do this when you are still running a one-woman business.

4. Identify your target customer

Identifying the right customer will take time. But this step will lead your business to sustainable growth and a lot more dedicated customers. And it will also be easier to find them and convert them into paying clients. Two tips to keep in mind when identifying the right client:

  • Pick one target market.

Do not sell to too many different groups. Understand your right customers and choose a repetitive, profitable, and excellent way to sell them.

  • Sell to them again and again.

When you have found your ideal client and they are happy with your products and services, it will be a lot easier to sell to them again. It is also a lot cheaper to be able to sell repeatedly to the same customers. It saves you a lot of marketing expenses. Finding new clients costs more time and money than nurturing those clients with new products and services.

how to scale your business

5. Find the right outsourcing partners

As you grow your business, it is essential to start to hire team members or outsource your work to other businesses. For example, in the early stages of the business, your core team will be a few part-time working members. When your business grows, you can start to hire experts to develop and streamline processes so that your core team can grow the business while maintaining quality.

6. Find a business coach for women who knows all about how to scale and grow your business.

Find someone who does it over and over with other businesswomen and someone who also has done it herself with her own business. Don’t fall for unqualified business coaches who promise quick success for little work, or those who have never even had businesses of their own. If you need help finding the right coach for you, check out these 20 questions you should ask a business coach.

Summing it up

If you’re trying to learn how to scale up your business, it’s important to remember that there is no quick fix to success. There is no magic formula, no shortcut. Every businesswoman is different, and what works for others may not work for you. You will always have to put in the work. It will not always be easy, but enlisting the help of a mentor or a business coach for women to guide you will help lighten the load.

Business Strategies For Businesswomen

For a female entrepreneur, there are many unique challenges we must face on the road to becoming successful businesswomen. Upon starting your journey to be a business owner, there are strategies that female entrepreneurs should implement to secure success in their field. First, women who want to become entrepreneurs need to know that there is no “easy” way to become successful in business. Through the strategies provided, you can confidently improve your footprint into the world of business and begin to grow your career.

1. Networking is a very successful strategy for a female entrepreneur

Having a variety of network connections in your circle is essential in business. You can’t achieve all of your dreams alone but with a solid team to help you, you will have an arsenal that will make you unstoppable. You can begin networking by reaching out to fellow business owners in your field. Nowadays with COVID-19 networking is a lot more time effective, since it is mostly done online. It will save you lots of hours of traveling.

You’ll have the chance to collaborate and share ideas that will be helpful in your future endeavors.

Being part of a strong network will help you for example with masterminding with other like-minded female entrepreneurs.

After a while, the members will start to refer you to their own network. And vise versa. So you will get clients who you did not have to target to.

Female Entrepreneurs

2. Pivot With Changes

Being adaptable and pivoting with changes ensures your survival in business. No one can be in business and expect to take one road to success. Life throws plenty of curves and bumps into our lives that challenge us to become better versions of ourselves. If you can’t adapt and change to survive under various circumstances, you won’t get very far to achieve your goals. It is maybe THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL for female entrepreneurs.

Especially now during COVID-19, the flexibility of businesswomen is challenged highly. Can you transform your business when things are going slower than before?

3. Become An Expert

Being an expert in the field you are pursuing is essential. Showing that you are capable and knowledgeable on any subject within your industry will not only make you visible, but it will let others know that you are to be taken seriously. You can start by doing your research on your industry, staying up to date with the latest news, and listening to other experts that are successful in your field.

The thing with becoming an expert is that you might BE the EXPERT, but when your branding is not aligned with your expertise, your potential clients won’t perceive you as the expert you are.

Female Entrepreneurs

4. Set Goals

Even top professional female entrepreneurs have a list of goals they strive to achieve. It’s important to keep a well-documented list of both short-term and long-term goals. Short-term goals can be things you wish to do within a six-month period and are easily accomplished. Examples include launching or improving the website, increasing clients by stepping up the sales ladder and creating a blog for your business.  Long-term goals are objectives that are usually targeted after two or more years. Examples of these types of goals include performance goals, organizational structure, and market penetration.

Each female entrepreneur who has a successful strategy that is unique to her will love to do business. Doing business seems very easy and natural to her. Compared to many other women who are struggling to make their business a success.

Female Entrepreneurs

5. The Best Success Strategy Is To Search For Help

The best strategy which I saved for the last part is, that successful businesswomen always make sure to have experts who are surrounding her. She is not afraid to ask for help. She is clever! Also, She does not want to figure it all out on her own. She knows, the shortcut to success is consulting experts who will make sure that she and her business will grow simultaneously. She consults an expert business coach for women.

My advice to you is:

Get close to successful businesswomen and copy what they do and make it your own. If you have to pay them to do this, don’t hesitate to invest money in proper guidance. It will always payback. This is not an expense to your business but an investment in the future you and the future of your business. Just one little warning. Make sure that you pick the right business mentor or business coach for women. Read my blog about 25 questions you should ask a business coach before consulting.

Business Branding

The common misconception most people have on branding is they focus too much on the way their logo looks, the colors, and banners. Sure, people can identify you through colors and shapes, but branding goes beyond the facade.

Branding is all about your business’ beliefs and how you demonstrate your vision and mission. It builds trust, differentiating you from your competition. It’s not about focusing too much on yourself but rather the inner urge to serve their clients and provide genuineness to help them succeed.

In the long run, having a strong brand develops recognition, trust, and loyalty. Loyalty means having repeating customers! Now, wouldn’t you love that? In a nutshell, branding keeps the attention of your clients/customers.

Here we share the three ways of building your brand’s personal voice:

1. You show genuine emotion

When your marketing efforts are focused too much on yourself, people will care less. Always remember that customers/clients mostly think about how they can get benefits. Their mindset is “What’s in it for me?”. Of course, you should promote your brand, but deliver it in such a way that it is clear and concise that your business is focused on helping them

Don’t be service/product-centric, this is a sure way of showing your clients that all you want is their money. Tapping into their emotions and treating them like actual human beings with feelings and experiences will not only help your business excel, they will see a brand they can communicate with that is concerned with their well-being. Do this and the money will come naturally.

Brand

2. Craft a captivating story

What’s the story behind your business? Is it inspiring? Does it make people want to share your content to their friends? Strong brands know their audience and customers. Who they are and what they do, where they go, and how they spend their days.

Knowing your customers at a deeper level allows them to have a real connection with your business. This can bridge the gap between what you can offer them and addressing their concerns. Having a strong brand goes deeper into the lives of your clients and it can make your business stand-out and memorable.

Brand

3. Having awareness

Do you listen to your customers? Do you dive deeper into understanding their real concerns or are you just flying above the surface? To truly listen is to find out the core of their challenges and problems. Get to know the root causes and you’ll soon discover that you are actually able to easily solve them.

Once you understand your clients better, you will always look for ways to improve your offerings and innovate your services or products that will become their go-to solution. Keep learning and keep listening — be consistently aware to keep yourself ahead of the pack.

Brand

Quick recap:

  • Emotions
  • Storytelling
  • Aware

Final thoughts

Remember, branding goes beyond aesthetic looks and goes deeper into the application of your business’ values, mission, and vision. It’s about having a distinct voice that sets you apart from the rest.

By applying these three principles to your business’ branding, you can be sure that your client base will remember you and maybe even refer to your friends. It’s about focusing on giving value to others. When you are generous, people can’t help but be grateful and will want to return the favor.

Business Pitfalls

3 Pitfalls Businesswomen Must Avoid

When you’re a female entrepreneur, you certainly know this feeling of experiencing business pitfalls: You have an amazing running business – or possibly a great business idea – and it seems like everything is going smoothly. And then, boom! Suddenly, it’s not anymore. Unexpected scenarios and events come your way even when you thought you had everything ready.

This scenario is fairly common. According to research by the British commercial insurer, RSA, majority of small businesses don’t survive after just five years.

Now this can be for countless reasons. When your business fails or succeeds, it is because of a combination of factors and areas that you either neglected which caused the collapse, or nurtured which brought it to thrive.

It’s never just about one thing when you’re trying to scale and grow your business. In fact, there are 9 areas you need to consistently work on in your business if you want it to succeed. This article touches on just 2 of these areas: Area 2, Planning; and Area 6, Team. Learn about all these areas in my system, “The Women’s Blueprint to Business Success.”

blueprint for women

There are many business pitfalls that female entrepreneurs experience. And in my 30-year career both as a businesswoman and a business coach for women, I have identified three of the most common ones that you should steer away from.

1. Most businesswomen who experience pitfalls don’t plan ahead

The most common trap businesswomen fall into is not planning ahead or setting long term goals. More often, they find it difficult to prepare and plan ahead because of their already busy schedule.

But that’s exactly the reason why female entrepreneurs should plan ahead. So that in hectic times, they will know how to maneuver the business without stagnating. If you have no goals, no plans, no targeted actions, then everything is but a dream.

To avoid pitfalls in business, create a skeleton plan for the rest of the year. Planning ahead can greatly guide you to map out future actions and decisions better.

If you don’t, soon enough you’ll find yourself encountering unexpected problems that need immediate attention. And that’s how your schedule turns into chaos.

Failing to plan is planning to fail. The root cause of failing to plan however is that there are no long-term, short-term goals and targets.

Goals are the direction you move towards. Most female entrepreneurs have a dream about their business, but forget that creating goals and working towards them will get them closer to achieving this dream.

Set goals, create a plan, and stick to it.

Business Women

2. Most businesswomen who encounter pitfalls do too much by themselves

I get it. It’s a natural inclination for women to be involved with every detail of their business and putting your heart into everything. We are passionate and we want to always be hands-on. In the long term, however, this may cause more harm than good.

Being an independent businesswoman is admirable, no doubt! But if an emergency arises or you fall ill, then your business could come tumbling down with no one to catch it.

Every woman-owned business needs trusted partners and staff who know your business inside and out and who will be able to fully operate it even without your presence. This way, your business stays operational, earning your needs, allowing you to take time off and fully recover.

Having a trusted team you can delegate work to in your business puts your mind at ease, and gives you the chance to enjoy quality time with your family as well.

business pitfalls

3. Businesswomen who tend to lose their focus easily run into business pitfalls

Have you ever heard of the saying, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush’? This means that if you start to neglect your main business because you have gotten too preoccupied with “side hustles,” your main gig could flop terribly. Don’t feel too terrible if this happens to you––it is a woman thing. We are not wired to have focus. BUT we can learn!

Therefore women should have goals, targets, and action plans. It gives them a roadmap to stay focused. Having a business coach for women, business mentor, buddy, or mastermind group who can keep you accountable will help you to stay razor-sharp and focused on your goals while growing your business.

Staying focused on your main business as it grows is a must. Going into other opportunities to earn more money may be tempting, but if you start to prioritize these things without having systems in place to ensure that your main business runs smoothly, your business is doomed to fail.

business pitfalls

Summing it up

Mistakes happen when we have a business – it’s how we learn. But it is always better to learn from the mistakes of others and avoid tumbling into these business pitfalls. By delegating work and planning properly you can make sure your business becomes a huge success.

It’s also important to remember that planning and delegating are just some of the areas you need to work on when you’re scaling and growing your business. For one, planning will not be effective when you don’t have clear goals that are aligned with your core values, mission, and vision. In the same thread, delegating will not be efficient when you don’t have a strong team to work with. These areas are all interrelated. We have all heard about the difference between a leader and a boss – one teaches you and tells you why, and the other simply tells you what to do. Being a leader is not only beneficial to you, your staff, or colleagues, but also to your family. By guiding and leading them, showing them the way, they will respond positively to how you do things.

Being a female entrepreneur for quite some time now, you would definitely know the importance of having personal values and actually apply them in your life. They are the core of how you do your business and say a lot about you as a person.

So, here is our business advice for women: 3 core values you need to improve your leadership skills.

1. Integrity – yes, I’ve placed this first on purpose. Honesty is a vital core value in yourself and the company. It reminds and drives people to act with realness, and perform in truth. When you are honest with yourself, you would know and understand your strengths and weaknesses and proceed to address them.

And when you act the same way you are at home and at work, your family and staff will respect you more. This allows them to see that you are a genuine person in all areas of your life.values for business

2. Discipline– Without this core value, it would be easy for you to procrastinate and make excuses. This will lead your business to stagnate and flop. When you strongly apply discipline in your work, you would be able to handle your schedule and finances better. Discipline in a way is like keeping promises to yourself. It helps you to move faster and further in your career.values for business

3. Humility – It keeps your feet firmly on the ground. This core value is needed especially when you’re in a business that involves people. Businesses, whether in service or retail, need customers/clients to stay alive. When you appreciate the people who have stuck by you through the hustle and grind, it makes you humble knowing that you couldn’t have succeeded on your own.

So, when your ego starts to inflate, pop it right away. Nobody likes being around a person with a big head. Self-centeredness is a sign of selfishness. Remember to also give value to your customers and clients, and they will be more than willing to give you something in return.

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, having non-negotiable strong values encourages clients to stick with you and your company and promotes employee retention. It is the overall glue that holds a business together. If you haven’t set your core values yet, it’s best you sit down in front of a mirror and write them down. If you have a hard time discovering it yourself, I can help guide you in the right direction.

As a businesswoman for 30 years, I have developed and grown my business with foundational core values that will tremendously lead your business and staff to reach new heights. It’s time for your business to grow, and you need values to keep it all together.

masterminding

We all know that there are tasks we postpone and delay.

Because we:

  • don’t like doing them
  •  Also don’t know where to start
  • don’t know how much time it will take
  • don’t know if we can do it at all
  • don’t have enough knowledge

This kind of delaying behavior is called; PROCRASTINATION

What will help you to stop procrastination?

masterminding

Checking in with a buddy every day or every week is one good method to protect yourself from procrastination.

This method I’ve used myself for many years.

Have a weekly call with a buddy who keeps me accountable. Who cuts through the crap I tell myself of why I have not been able to do the things I’ve promised.

Because excuses are always very real to use. And there is a reason why it is called an excuse. Because that is exactly what it is.

When the task somehow seems to be bigger than you believe yourself to be, we come up with reasons why we could not do it.

And all these reasons are very true to us. Someone else will see all your reasons in a different perspective and will call it excuses. And it is good when you can see that too.

In this way, your barriers to taking the actions you promised to take will be smaller or they will be gone.

Becoming a member of a mastermind group is also a good method

masterminding

A mastermind group is also a very good method to keep you accountable. And better even than a buddy, you will gain a lot of extra knowledge and insights, from the other participants and also from the moderator.

There are many ways how mastermind groups can function.

My favorite one is that a topic will be taught. And after that, you all start to work on that topic and you discuss with one another what your actions will be. This way everybody benefits from the knowledge and insights all participants bring to the table.

I always call this cross-pollination.

The knowledge of a group is always way bigger than the knowledge of an individual or of two buddies.

The benefits of a mastermind are:

  • Learn from the collective group knowledge,
  • Have more accountability partners
  • Getting a boost every time you join
  • Learn from and get coached by the moderator

Women in Business

Just started a new business? Do you want to scale and grow your business? Just adopt some good habits in your daily routine & get great success in your female-owned business! Here, we are sharing with you some daily habits that every successful businesswoman should have: –

Some tips on how to grow your business

Women in Business

    1. Set your business goals –
Successful Women in Business have some short term and long term goals. This will help them to determine what, why, and how to achieve them. And did you know that from our own research the fact is that 62 % of the businesswomen do not set yearly goals?
    2. Make an action of plan –
Without an action plan, your goals will just be like a dream. There are so many successful women who know what they should accomplish every day, week, month, and year.
    3. Create Daily to-do Lists
Most of the women entrepreneurs know very well how to break their action plan into different pieces, yet often they do not do this. I see it all the time, and when I help them get things done becomes so much easier. It will help them to keep closer to their business objectives.
    4. Time Management
Managing time wisely is also the best way to get great success in business.
    5. Confidence
Optimism and confidence are key to make your business successful. Numerous business women handle all the tasks with full confidence and ease.
When you believe that this is not you yet, just reach out to me.
    6. Sales & Marketing
When you have the above things right your business will start growing, that is unless of course you also do your marketing and sales well.
    7. Outsourcing
When you really want to grow your business to the next level you need to start outsourcing, hiring, or delegating.

Outsourcing is a big step for many businesswomen.

Women in Business

Yet it is THE thing to do when you have a big dream and want to make big changes in the world. When your business is just you, you cannot make sufficient impact to be noticed.

You can help so many more people when you really take the leap to start with outsourcing work, delegating tasks, or hiring people who work for you.

Yes, this can be scary, I know this too because I started doing it 25 years ago when I decided I really wanted to grow the business I had at that time.

Questions you should ask yourself are

Women in Business

  • Where to start?
  • Who to hire?
  • What to delegate?
  • How to delegate?
  • What contracts do I need?
  • What do I have to pay for them?
  • Which systems to use to make delegating easy
  • Where or how can I find them?

I hope the above tips will help you to scale up & grow business!
