And this is only talking about the various tasks in her business. I am not talking about all the other tasks she may have as

  • a wife,
  • a friend,
  • a daughter

With a team in our business, you can accomplish more and at the same time, you can work fewer hours. Having more people on your team frees up your time to focus on the most important things – managing the business. This may mean you have to give up some of the ground tasks and trust them to your co-workers or employees. But any female entrepreneur must learn to delegate to scale and increase their business’ impact. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t still have crucial tasks for your business that you need to do yourselves.

3. Enable specialization on your team

Finally, having a team of people to run your business means that you can get specialists to focus on specific areas. If you’ve been running your own marketing, but you barely know anything about advertising, it might be time to hire someone who has more experience to do it for you. A good sign that it’s time to expand your team is if you’ve been doing specialized tasks yourself and calling it ‘good enough’. To really help your business, take off, ‘good enough’ isn’t enough anymore. You need a team of specialists to help you out.
